Hello, it's me

Hi, I'm Perhapsormaybe, Perhaps or Mel if you prefer. I've missed fan forums because I've always really liked them - great way to make friends with similar interests! And being a twenty six year old who is obsessed with cartoons, it's harder to find people offline to connect with.

Hit me up if you ever want to talk. I use the name Perhapsormaybe pretty much everywhere (archive of our own, fanfiction.net...someone took it on Tumblr before I could, so there I'm perhapsitmaybedragons). I have a few Hey Arnold fics and all but one are actually complete, which is weird for me.

I guess I should say more about myself. So...I already said my age. I'm getting married in a few weeks, so that has sucked away most of my free time. (...I say that with all the love possible, I promise). I have a six year old, but he's still in the "Super Why" stage and doesn't want to watch cartoons with me. I have one fan art piece and it's awful, so I'm not gonna link it but I think I did a pretty good job on one story on fanfiction.net - "Dear Arnold: Letters from Hillwood". You have no idea just how much I freaked out when I saw it was on the recommended fics page on tvtropes.org. Though I always thought I did a better job with "What I've Done" a one shot that followed Big Bob's thoughts on Helga through the years.

And I found my old avatar! ...Curly is actually a total creeper and I don't like him much now that I'm older but he's super fun to write dialogue for.

My kiddo primarily just wants to play on the computer. He watches two episodes of Peppa Pig...JUST the same two. As a result, he does a really amazing British accent when he feels like it.

Aww, I'm so glad you liked that fic! And yes, I am currently obsessed with Miraculous Ladybug. ...It's kind of pathetic how easily I get obsessed with things. Last night when I was supposed to be writing my wedding vows, I wrote a one shot instead.

Also I have a six year-old too...and an almost 3 year-old but they both LOOOOVE Hey Arnold! It's our pre-bedtime routine. Hopefully yours decides to embrace HA! soon enough!
