Weird issue with the DVDs
Okay, so it may be me being a gigantic picky videophile (which I usually am not) but has anyone noticed an effect like this whenever stuff moves occasionally on the HA! DVDs?
It's called "interlacing" and usually it produces a weird comb/grille effect. There's usually ways around this but in Media Player Classic (which I use) all the ways of getting rid of it don't seem to work. I think VLC will get rid of it fine but I'm not sure.
Edit: fixed it. I used ffdshow (external decoder for video) and it has options to get rid of that. Doesn't look clean sometimes, but it works.

I don't have that problem I don't think(?). To be honest I noticed something like that happens when you pause the TV at a random moment and it kind of gives a weird effect of them moving but if you push the fast forward button (while paused) it looks normal again.
