Ask Helga Pataki

Post by Helga on Wed Mar 30, 2016 9:04 pm

Since I've gotten the "official" go ahead from "the boss", I'd like to open up a place for you numbskulls to ask me questions.

Remember to keep it appropriate for a nine year old, okay?  Bob and Miriam's shoddy parental skills have already done enough emotional scarring to last me ONE lifetime.

Same old, same old.  Going to school, putting up with my idiotic classmates (Phoebe excluded, of course), surviving Bob and Miriam's embarrassing attempts at parenthood.  Y'know, all that good stuff.

It's nice to find a place like this that really appreciates how great I am.

AibouFTW wrote:Hey there, Helga! Anything interesting happening at school?

Not really.  We have spring break in a few weeks though.  I'm still working on tricking Bob into actually taking us somewhere cool for the long weekend.

Oh, and my birthday was last week in case you're looking for an excuse to give me presents.

Eh, most of the other kids forgot.  Phoebe got me the Hamilton soundtrack and book.  That Miranda guy is a pretty good writer.  Oh and I told Arnold not to come anywhere near me until April 2nd, but the loser still ended up slipping a card into my desk.  Pretty sure I chucked it in the wastebasket the first chance I got, if you're wondering where it is though.  I'm not the kind of dork who would save something that cheesy!

How do you know for sure that it was cheesy if you didn't read it?

Should you really be throwing away your shot?

Oh!  Someone thinks they're clever!

Bah!  I guess I glanced at it before chucking it.  Just to make sure he didn't slip any cash inside, y'know?

This is a bit out of left field but do you spend much time at the arcade with the rest of the gang?

Yeesh.  You people and all your dumb questions about the Footballhead!  I don't know.  I guess he's looking... healthy?  He also won't shut up about South America lately.  But, y'know, losers will be losers. /shrug

Sometimes.  It gets kind of annoying though because I usually end up getting guilt tripped into sharing my tokens with half the other kids.  The others are either broke or stupid and forgetful.  We are currently trying to pool our tickets together to win this sweet gumball machine for Mighty Pete.

The free stuff was pretty great, but having people watching my every move and fawning over me just wasn't worth it. There was also something super irritating about telling someone to shove it and leave you alone only for them to just laugh it off and think my anger was 'cool' or something.

Well I'm just ever so certain it was the same person who invited you. It's nice to have somewhere else to hang out with friends!

Speaking of, I could use a little help with my History homework. Do you think you could give me a hand? Or I guess I could ask Arnold...

Oh, I'm certain he's not useless, but what did you get for answer seven? I'm ever so certain the answer wasn't in the book and you're just so good at schoolwork! You're very smart and I appreciate you helping me.

First of all, me? Love the Footballhead? NOPE. Way gross. As for your second question... I have no idea what you're talking about.

Hey Arnold, remember the time I socked you in the face for being an irritating footballhead? No? Well get ready, because it's about to happen.

And I'm certain he is! Answer seven is 1774.

Hey, Helga,

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Also, is that the stupidest question you've ever heard or has something ever topped it?

Oh my goodness, it seems you certainly did have an adventure with the whole FTI business! But what's this about you saying something to Arnold?

And you're oh too sweet to help me. Say, how is your sister doing?

Helga- I noticed you say "crap" a lot on the show- that's not a very appropriate word for a kids show Shocked

Also- in the Road Trip episode, you ordered a strawberry shake at the diner, however, in the "Quantity Time" episode, you said you were allergic to strawberries- ??
