Here's a little intro yo
Hi! I'm Rainbow, also known as Ray. I've been a fan of Hey Arnold ever since I was a kid and like everyone here, it holds a special place in my heart. As far as contributions to the fandom, I've written one or two fanfics, created a Hey Arnold Animal Crossing town, and RP as Sid and Big Gino over on tumblr (sidgifaldi and pintsizedmafioso).
I pretty much love all the HA characters but my favorites would have to be Helga, Gerald, Sid, and Big Gino. If I'm not here, I'm probably playing puzzle and adventure games on Steam or chasing my cat around the house (as he likes to drive me bonkers. He's like a tiny furry rocket fueled by tuna and cat treats).

Nice to meet you, Ray! Oh wow, by any chance have you posted pics of your Animal Crossing town and posted it on Tumblr? If so, I might have seen them!
It's so cool to meet someone who loves Big Gino. I've never really thought about him much (probably because he only shows up in like 2-3 episodes), but now that I know someone who loves him as a character...I'll consider him more! I just love how everyone really looks at this show so differently!
That's awesome that you play games on Steam, because I do too!! Actually, I probably won't be on this site much tomorrow because I'm finally going to play Broken Age. We should totally be friends *hinthintwinkwinknudgenudge*but we don't have to if you don't want to oh god I'm starting to sound like a creeper I'll go now bye

Thank you! It's nice meeting you too! And if you saw it on tumblr, it's probably my town that you saw. I went through the trouble of collecting villagers with the HA! characters names but I've postponed my town for now to focus on other stuff.
Yeah, I don't really expect many people to know Gino since he only had one episode to show off his character. But I find him pretty fascinating since I have an interest in mafia history and I just love villains in general. I really wished Gino was a reoccurring bully like Wolfgang since I consider Gino a polar opposite of Arnold: Arnold selflessly helps others while Gino uses others to further his selfish gain, Arnold encourages others to be be better and do good while Gino encourages others to indulge in their worst habits and act bad, ect.
As for Steam, feel free to add me (same goes to everybody here!). My Steam handle is Rainbow Raider and has a little icon of a masked guy in black and white.

Aaaah, they were so cute! I especially loved Helga's room!
Yeah, now that you mention it; I really wish that they had put more episodes with him on it. If I recall correctly, he was in "Gerald's Game" as well, but the story was more about Gerald than Gino. If there were another episode where he was the main focus, what would you want it to be about?
Oh, I will totally add you tomorrow (I still have to dig up my external hard drive, which I need to access my library)!

Thank you! And feel free to add me anytime. I'm usually on Steam on the weekdays because I get busy with weekend stuff. :p
I always felt like Gino would have been the few characters that Arnold couldn't convince to be good. I had an idea of a plot where Gino would invite kids to his birthday party, only for all the kids not to show up because they're all scared of him. He manages to get Arnold there by threatening him and it ends up being a miserable time for Arnold because he really doesn't like Gino. He's basically strong armed into playing party games with Gino and his goons in his family's huge mansion.
As for how it ends, I honestly have no idea. Maybe Arnold would convince Gino to be a nice guy, only for Gino to realize that being nice does have it's benefits, namely that it's just another way to get things that he wants, which wasn't really Arnold's point. XP

Nice to meet you Ray! You seem like a pretty nice person and I really like the fact one of your favorite characters is Sid because he is also one of my favorite characters and he's actually kind of relatable. I really like your idea with Gino's birthday, it looks like it could be an actual episode. I'm looking forward to talking with you, thanks!

I would really love for you to write that fanfic, please, because it sounds amazing and I just don't expect we'll see much (if any) of Big Gino in The Jungle movie.
I didn't even think to mention Steam - I'm Perhapsormaybe there as well, if you want to add me feel free but I'm probably not gonna be on it much until Psychonauts 2 finally gets finished.

It's nice meeting you too! And likewise! I know we haven't talked much before, but I'm always happy to discuss HA! and Sid related stuff with you.
And nice meeting you too Perhaps! I'd love to write a story about the Gino plot sometime, once I get around to finishing my other fanfictions (as well as a Sid/Stinky story I have in my head. I really got to get to it sometime). I think joining here and talking to people really has me motivated to start writing again!
Also just added you too, Aibou and Perhaps.

Hi! Welcome!
I like your Gino story idea and agree with everyone that you should write it! I feel like there's a lot of story potential with Gino.
I feel like I should hijack my hubby's steam account so i can hang out with you guys on there, haha! ;-)

Do it! Or you could get your own and then get access to his games when he's not playing (that's how my fiance and I have it set up). I'm trying to get everybody added but my Steam account keeps shutting down on me when I try to start it.

Well i use it sometimes. I usually play games that don't involve other people though. What games do you guys play? I'll find his steam name...I can't remember it off the top of my head.

Usually I play single player games but I'm always down to chat on steam or play multiplayer games. I have the Left 4 Dead series, Spiral Knights, Team Fortress 2, and I think that's all I got for multiplayer games. But I'm open to suggestions!

Re: Here's a little intro yo
My husband plays team fortress like daily. I've played a few times haha, I think he was bugged that I was pretty good my first time though haha. He has Left For Dead too. I've never played that one though. His screen name is A4K (vac man). You can just message and ask if it's me the wife haha. I'm excited to see his reaction which cool peeps start messaging me on there haha! I'm usually the one getting all the messages from his steam friends because he never goes offline even if he's at work. If you add me I'll be around to chat or play a game if I'm feeling brave haha.
Re: Here's a little intro yo
I play Team Fortress 2 daily (well not technically daily, but I play it a lot) as well!! XD

You can add his name too and I'll have to learn to play team fortress again so I can be super cool and play it with my Hey Arnold! friends!
(That's a sentence I never thought I'd say lol)
Re: Here's a little intro yo
I've never actually tried TF2, but I've heard nothing but good things about it. Like Rainbowraider, I don't usually play games that involve other people. But I do now have "Don't Starve Together." I haven't played it yet, but I hear that's a really fun co-op game! Same with "Never Alone."
Actually....if I can find some friends who'd be willing to join a voice chat...I'm kinda really into "Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes," and I've been dying to play it with someone! And that one's good for more than 2 players.

Dude, Don't Starve Together is about the only game I've played lately. I will totally co-op with you guys if you want (I'm not much for pvp but will do it if you guys prefer)

Re: Here's a little intro yo
I'll try anything ;-) are those games expensive? Lol, adulthood, man, you know what I'm saying? Lol
Re: Here's a little intro yo
Dude, Perhaps, I am the same! I don't like playing against people, but I am all over a good co-op game!
I'm not sure how much Don't Starve Together is, because I received it as a gift from one of my best friends. But I do know that Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes is about $14, since I just bought it for my brother and sister-in-law last night.
We should all play sometime!
