Helga saying "I'm as free as a bird now!"

Could someone help me out with finding an episode- I remember one episode where Helga sarcastically said "I'm as a freee as a bird now!" I'm trying to remember which one it was in, because well, that's an obvious Lynyrd Skynyrd reference and I'm a big Lynyrd Skynyrd fan, so I just want to remember what episode it was on so I can remember to listen for it next time it comes on.. Does anyone remember which episode this was? If nobody does, it's fine, but I was just curious.. Thanks

I love Lynyrd Skynyrd and I love Francesca Marie Smith, so hearing her make a reference to them is a dream come true

I heard it last night! It's the "It Girl" episode- after Helga loses her modeling contract by being 'nice' and losing all her fans, Arnold comes up to her and says something like "I guess it worked, huh?" and Helga says "Yep, I'm as free as a bird!" heh, funny, I thought I remember her saying "free as a bird now" but I guess she didn't... Either way I'm glad I know what episode it's on
