Man... I'm also glad Justin is back... Harold is not my favourite character but I don't hate him at all, and based on some interviews, I'd say he's still has that voice (maybe some slight pitching)...
If it was that big a deal, they wouldn't have cast him... even then, unless he's committing crimes, most people really don't care.

No! It's not a big a deal at all... Just a couple of comments on Nick's Instagram...

Yeah Alex sucked, but Mason does feel slightly better. I think Benjamin Flore is also a great choice (But what is he doing on social media? I haven't heard of this kid until now)!!
About Christopher Walberg (Stinky's voice actor), he wouldn't come back, because uh... he's in a local band in Tennesee with his brother Matthew, and it's called H-Beam and it's pretty weird (heck it's even mentioned on here https://weirdestbandintheworld.com/2013/04/03/weird-band-of-the-week-h-beam/) and supposedly one of the influences is The Grateful Dead (forgot the others) and uh.. the performances are bizarre. I don't know what they are trying to be, they either sound something like The Grateful Dead or Eagles or something that you'd expect by Weird Al or Dr Demento. Here's one of their performances https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0bR2wxL2f1A Oh and if you're wondering where Chris is, he is the shirtless guy with the long hair in the back. This is just bizarre https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3BbcL0GSZQ and yes this is their mascot...
Also I like this picture of Topher (yes he is now referred to as Topher) dressed as a private detective. https://a4-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/33/89022edc6f850f1bd88ae234f27e2ee9/300x300.jpg To be honest, I think Christopher was probably the one kid of the entire child cast, to drastically change.

Huh... Well that "Love Panda" was really... Something... Well they seems to be having fun and that's what really matters in my opinion...
His new voice, Jet (Check him out right here : https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=O_KEKg_dHL0 ) is alright... Go ahead and place that southern accent to him... And I'd say he has that early season 1-2 Stinky tone to his voice...
As for Ben, there's nothing wrong with him at all. The only reason I brought that up was because people are complaining about Gerald and Arnold's recast on a couple of Hey Arnold! Pictures on Instagram. I guess they just can't accept the fact that Toran and Jamil are both over 30 years old and pitching their voices back to 9 year olds just wouldn't work out...

He looks so cute!!! I can't wait to hear what he sounds like with the Southern accent (I'm pretty sure it will be sounding Season 1-2-ish, perhaps Season 3 as well)! Thanks for linking it by the way. I don't think Peapod Kid will have that much of a role anyways, but I think Jamil might voice him, since Peapod Kid didn't have his voice high pitched up to sound like a hag instead of a young boy which is what they did with Gerald (obviously), even though he sounded more like an adult/teenager, I think Jamil might still do him.

No Problem! I also liked his voice because of how similar it is to the original "Downtown as fruits" Stinky... Unlike Christopher's obvious deepening voice throughout the 5 seasons. Don't get me wrong, I didn't hate it at all... It just kind of bothered me cause none of the kids, except Helga, aged in the series (correct me if I'm wrong).
Same goes to the rest of the new younger cast...

I'm actually quite divided about who he sounds more like. Toran's Stinky was quite a bit deeper (but of course it wasn't a lot), but he also sounds like Chris, so he sounds like both at the same time I guess?

Aw man! Now I feel dumb... I completely forgot Toran voice stinky in "Downtown As Fruits"... To be honest I haven't watched an episode of Hey Arnold! Since I finished season 5 or around last month. That plus we had to cancel our Cable to save money...

We ditched caple and sat. a few months ago and stick with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. There's not much I miss and HA! is on Hulu.
And, if you can pick it up, I think Wal-Mart is still selling the Complete Series DVD.

If at all possible, get the DVD - it's fantastic!

And Dino Spumoni, eh? Interesting. I wonder if he'll be a background sound or actually in it.

I honestly didn't even think of Dino Spumoni returning so that's a bonus! I'm guessing he'll in the background on the radio or something... if he's involved in the story, I really wonder how?

Well YEAH! LOL It wouldn't surprise me if some actors who weren't part of the original cast are huge fans of the show in the first place. If I was an actor, and someone offered me the choice of taking on a guest role in one of The Simpsons or Hey Arnold... I would choose Hey Arnold every time. Again, if I was an actor, I would be pestering my agent and getting him to call Nickolodeon every day so I could speak with Craig and say "hey, I'm a big fan of your show, if there's anything you'd like me to do in the future, I'm in." I'm sure the Simpsons would pay more, but HA has a level of emotional realism that The Simpsons (at least the modern version after Season 7/8 before they got all wacky) just can't touch.
I love that, when HA casts "guest" performers outside the voice acting community, they always go for the character actors over the stars. Actors like Vincent Schiavelli, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, Dan Butler, Michael Jeter, Paul Sorvino, and now Alfred Molina. These guys (and gals!) lend so much depth to their roles compared to big stars who just play themselves on the Simpsons - I hate it when an episode just stops and the characters go "OMG MEL GIBSON" or something like that. In HA, the guests blend in and become part of the whole mosiac.

I totally agree with you!!!! I really love the fact that they aren't using the big name stars and having the obscure ones or television stars to guest star. It's also good because like you said they aren't too obvious and blend in with the characters! You know what's funny? Francesca Marie Smith and Sam Gifaldi were both in A Bug's Life along with Julia (who was the co-star of the film) who of course guess starred in Hey Arnold! What a coincidence!

I was surprised about that when I found out that they were in it, cause I haven't seen the movie in a long time and I forgot all about it.

Re: TJM known voice actors so far...
Thinking back on the big reveal, part of me is kind of disappointed they revealed Stoop Kid and Pigeon Man with the other characters. It would have been a great surprise to see Stoop Kid pop up on the steps of a Mayan-like pyramid ("bigger stoops out there in the world" and all that lol) or to see where Pigeon Man ended up! I also wonder how big their roles will be...
I hope they don't reveal any more casting unless they snagged another original actor to reprise their role... I want to be surprised with other original characters that may appear in TJM.
Either way, TJM is going to rock my world

Yeah, it sucks that they let the cat out of the bag. :\ But at least they are appearing.
