Hey guys! Figured I'd get down to it and post some of my art here. Some is pretty old finished stuff and some is new sketches/WIPs because although I have been working on something HA related, it's kind of a slow process 'cause I'm not the fasted artist in the world lol

First up is what I'm currently working on, which is a pic based on the valentine's episode, one of my favorites. I decided to go with my own style for it, I'm still on the lineart stage but here's a peek:


I got the urge to sketch my two favorite kids recently too:


I need to practice Arnold some more b/c I haven't drawn him in so long and his face always gives me trouble lol

These are all oldies, I think 2-3 years old?

Wow, Mony, these are fantastic!  I love the colors, the characters look incredibly on model, just everything!  I am especially in love with the one where's Helga's like "Criminy, what am I even doing anymore."

OH MY GOSH!!! These are soooo fabulous!! I'm really excited to see that first one when you finish it! I love your style! I'm always jealous of people who have their own style. :-) I've yet to find mine. Let's see I also love love LOVE the "fair senorita" one, and the last two especially! Just wow!!

Aaah thanks!!! I'm working on it bit by bit, though I've finished Helga's lineart and gotten to Arnold so, progress!



And thank you for the compliment on my style, it's taken quite a bit to sort of figure out and stick with it. Lots of trial and error throughout the years haha. I'm sure you'll find yours someday, just keep experimenting

Those older Helga drawings and your WIPs are amazing! I also remember seeing that one with Helga and Phoebe in school uniforms before.

Thanks! And there isn't really a story I just wanted to draw Arnold comforting Helga, she's long overdue for a big heartbreaking cry and Arnold would probably be holding back tears as well because it hurts him to see/hear her in this state.

My friend invited me to her kid's soccer match and the idea of Helga being a badass goalie wouldn't leave me alone since then so:



She's in middle school here.

Here's another sketch I did for one of those ask memes:


as for what's going on, let’s just say they wanna smooch in peace but keep getting interrupted no matter where they go and Helga has HAD IT. Arnold’s embarrassed at being caught and also trying to keep her from killing the poor unfortunate soul that interrupted this time.

I'm gonna try participating in shortaki week, emphasis on try because I'm rather terrible at getting things finished. I do have ideas for what I want to do for each prompt though.

Thank you! And ya, I actually didn't think to add in the red string of fate until after the lineart was done, but I was reminded of just how much these two are soulmates and I couldn't resist adding it in.
